I had a blast at the range! I hadn't been shooting since before I was pregnant I am pretty sure. I shot both 22s and Nick's 9mm. I was really nervous when we first got there since I hadn't shot in a long time, but by the end (as always) I was shooting away. :) It was cold out so we were only there about an hour. For dinner, we decided to be spontaneous and drive around until we agreed on a place to stop. We ended up at a new to us hibachi place here in Katy. It was delicious. Nick ordered some sushi and then he got scallops and steak from the grill. I ordered chicken and steak..as usual. Once we finished dinner we decided on our movie, "Safe House," and headed to AMC Katy Mills. It was packed!!! Theater and movie. Guess that's what happens when you go opening weekend of the movie on a Saturday night before Valentine's day. Oops. It turned out not to be so bad though. We had a wonderful evening. THANKS Mom and Dad for coming here to watch Ryker for us. We needed a night out. Pics from our date:
The babysitter had to nap before we headed out for the night. :)
He LOVED playing with this balloon!
The cards from the grandmas :)
On Valentine's Day we just hung here at the house. I made one of Nick's favorite dinners, and we all had dinner together. Nick and I exchanged cards, and we gave Ryker his Valentine's bag. Here's some pics of that:
